On Monday, December 14 at 7:00 PM, the NBCA Zoning and Land Use Committee will hear a variance petition for 820 Haven Oaks Court. 

According to the application, the "Applicant seeks a special exception from the zoning regulation to allow active recreation in a yard adjacent to a street (Haven Oaks Court) in order to install a swimming pool."
