Emma Lane

A developer, Monte Hewett Homes, has petitioned the City of Atlanta to rezone a 7.4 acre parcel at One Emma Lane, adjoining the Blue Heron Nature Preserve.  This rezoning request has generated a great deal of interest among North Buckhead residents.  The NBCA Zoning Committee is scheduled to hear this request at its meeting on March 15 at 6:30pm. 

This is an important and complicated situation.  It involves multiple issues including protecting the charter of the neighborhood, the possibility of adding 4+ acres to blue Heron Nature Preserve, tree protection, and other issues.  Please find links to several information sources below:
